Tsunade approaches Orochimaru to heal his hands. The nearly begun procedure is interrupted by a kunai stabbing into the ground from Kabuto, who sensed that Tsunade’s chakra was filled with death, as he too is a ninja medicine man. Fully trusting his sidekick, Orochimaru realized that Tsunade wanted to betray him. Tsunade does not deny her intentions, but she really wanted to see her loved ones she lost, Navaki and Dan, at least once. However, Naruto made her remember how much they loved Konoha. In addition, she was well aware that Orochimaru was not going to keep his promise not to attack the village, so she could not decide to resurrect if Konoha was destroyed. This response does not suit Orochimaru and he decides to force Tsunade to heal him, but she strikes first.
