Sasuke and Sakura hide, planning to ambush Kakashi when the opportunity presents itself. Naruto uses a less elaborate method and immediately attacks Kakashi, intending to quickly get hold of one of his bells so he can finally eat. Kakashi playfully fights off all of Naruto’s attacks, not even taking his eyes off of reading Icha Icha’s book. Kakashi advises Naruto not to show his blind spot to the enemy in the future, then uses the Millennium of Death on him, which sends Naruto flying to the nearest lake, where he lands. Enraged by the ease with which he was defeated, Naruto creates many shadow clones to overpower Kakashi. The clones catch and attack him, but it turns out that “Kakashi” is also one of Naruto’s shadow clones.
